- Assist with daily office and administrative tasks.
- Handle filing, document management, and data entry work.
- Support staff with office coordination and operational requirements.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize supplies when needed.
- Assist in handling calls, scheduling, and basic front office support.
- Deliver documents and support internal communication between departments.
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
📌 Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
