We are looking for a compassionate and confident Counsellor to join our upcoming cosmetic hospital in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should guide patients through consultations, explain treatment procedures, and support them throughout their healthcare journey.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel patients regarding cosmetic, hair, skin, and aesthetic treatments.
• Explain treatment procedures, packages, and expected outcomes clearly.
• Coordinate consultations between patients and doctors.
• Handle patient follow-ups and maintain strong patient relationships.
• Understand patient concerns and provide suitable guidance and support.
• Assist in converting inquiries into consultations and treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and counselling reports.
• Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and experience.

📌 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Counsellor, Patient Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle patients professionally and empathetically.
• Sales and patient conversion skills are an added advantage.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Fluency in English required (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Experience in cosmetic, healthcare, or wellness industry preferred.
