š Key Responsibilities
Call Centre Head
- Manage and supervise daily call centre operations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure service quality standards.
- Train and guide call centre agents for effective communication and lead handling.
- Prepare performance reports and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and patient satisfaction.
Call Centre Agents
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
- Respond to inquiries regarding treatments, appointments, and services.
- Schedule consultations and maintain accurate call records.
- Follow up with leads and patient inquiries effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service and patient support.
š Requirements
- Proven experience in call centre operations or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patients professionally and courteously.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Fluency in English required (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Leadership experience preferred for Call Centre Head position.
