We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to oversee the overall operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring smooth functioning of the center, leading the team, and delivering excellent patient experience while meeting business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and manage all departments including doctors, therapists, reception, nursing, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Ensure excellent patient experience, service quality, and adherence to clinical and operational SOPs.
- Drive revenue growth, achieve monthly/annual targets, and optimize cost control.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Healthcare Management, MBA, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Center Manager / Clinic Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle operations, people management, and customer relations.
- Experience in healthcare, cosmetic, or wellness clinics will be an advantage.
