We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Head to lead our upcoming cosmetic hospital in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should oversee overall hospital operations, team management, business growth, and patient experience while ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the center.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day operations of the hospital.
• Lead and supervise administrative, operational, and support teams.
• Ensure excellent patient service and operational efficiency.
• Develop strategies to improve business growth and patient engagement.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, and workflow management.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational planning and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards.
• Handle escalations, operational challenges, and team coordination effectively.

📌 Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare management, operations, or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage teams and daily operational activities efficiently.
• Experience in healthcare, cosmetic, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of business development and patient management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
