We are looking for a responsible and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our upcoming cosmetic hospital in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should oversee daily floor activities, coordinate staff operations, and ensure excellent patient service and operational efficiency.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations and staff activities.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and coordination between departments.
- Monitor cleanliness, discipline, and service standards across the facility.
- Support patients and visitors with guidance and assistance when required.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, and operations teams.
- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
