💻 We Are Hiring – IT Technician
We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Technician to join our upcoming cosmetic hospital in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations within the hospital.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup processes.
- Provide technical support to staff for IT-related problems.
- Maintain CCTV systems, internet connectivity, and office devices.
- Assist in setting up new systems, workstations, and user accounts.
- Ensure smooth functioning of hospital management software and digital systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and maintenance when required.
📌 Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows systems, networking concepts, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital IT support is an added advantage.
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
