Job Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons, doctors, and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before and after procedures.
- Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and arranged.
- Support patient preparation and transportation to and from the operation theatre.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and infection control standards within the OT.
- Assist in inventory management of surgical supplies and consumables.
- Follow hospital safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth surgical workflow.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior OT or healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of sterilization and infection control practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
