We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Technician to join our upcoming cosmetic hospital in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should assist in operation theatre procedures, maintain surgical equipment, and ensure smooth functioning of OT activities while following strict safety and hygiene standards.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operation theatres before surgical and cosmetic procedures.
- Assist surgeons, doctors, and nursing staff during operations.
- Maintain and sterilize OT instruments and surgical equipment.
- Ensure operation theatre cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor and arrange surgical supplies and equipment availability.
- Handle OT equipment setup and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow infection control and healthcare safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records related to OT equipment and procedures.
📌 Requirements
- Proven experience as an OT Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operation theatre procedures and surgical instruments.
- Ability to assist medical teams during procedures efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and strong hygiene awareness.
- Experience in hospital or surgical environment preferred.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Operation Theatre Technology required.
