- Coordinate appointments and manage patient schedules efficiently.
- Explain treatment procedures, packages, and follow-up plans.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and feedback.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance patient satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
